Hello Maria, I wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for your help with my pelvic rehabilitation after all my endo surgeries and to let you know I have recently given birth to a baby boy, Ruben. Ruben Jesse (photo attached) was born on 28th May 2018 at St Thomas hospital through an unassisted natural birth (a very quick one at that - he came within 40 minutes of arriving at the hospital). Since having Ruben I've looked at how I am going to get up and running again and remembered your Mummy MOT. I've recently moved out of London and into Kent so had a little google. I didn't realise how huge your Mummy MOT has become - so HUGE congratulations!! I would have loved to see you for the MOT but with the baby, London is now too far 🙁 but I've booked to see Annabelle at the Crystal Palace Physio Group next week and I'm really looking forward. Before I continue waffling - Thank you for all your help and congratulations!
“Five years after my son’s birth I still couldn’t get rid of my ‘mummy tummy’. Maria’s MOT tummy gap exercises have made a real difference – more than anything else I’ve tried.”
"Finding Maria Elliot has changed my life and I am now painfree. I did not go to see her for the normal pelvic pain issues but have enjoyed being a slight enigma for her! She has done the most amazing things, gone the extra mile and has solved several internal mysteries! We continue on our adventure and I know I am in extremely brilliant hands. I wish ALL women could have the chance to be seen by her and her team . I will be eternally grateful that I found her ."
"I would highly recommend The Mummy MOT®. It is the most comprehensive assessment and advice session I have ever had. Maria checked my posture, breathing, tummy and pelvic floor muscles and then recommended the best exercises to do. It was supporative and very encouraging. "
"Oh my god I wish I had done The Mummy MOT® 5 years ago after my twins. No One checked for a tummy gap then. I am now working on an intensive post natal programme with Maria and my back pain has gone and tummy gap slowly improving."
